What brings people into my office on an emergency basis is almost always pain. I want you to know that if something in your mouth is causing you pain that IS an emergency to me. Please don't think it is only an emergency if you fell and broke a tooth or if a tooth got knocked out of your mouth. Situations like that may or may not be urgent but pain won't wait and we won't make you wait because pain needs to be dealt with right away.

What causes pain could be the result of injury, infection, gum disease or some other condition that we will quickly diagnose upon your arrival.

As long as we are talking about pain... one of the treatments that many people fear because of pain having a root canal procedure. Everyone has either had or knows someone who has had the procedure and they fear the associated pain. In my office we don't like painful procedures. You wouldn't have any medical procedure that causes pain so why would you go through any dental procedure that might cause you pain. Please watch my video about root canal and pain.
